Supplements to help with fatigue

1| American ginseng (Panax quinquefolius)>>
This herb contains ginsenosides, which are thought to fight fatigue and stress.
Recommended dose: 1–3 grams dried root powder in capsule or tablet form daily, or 3–5 ml tincture three times daily.

2| B vitamins>>
Essential for energy production.
Recommended dose: One or two B-vitamin capsules, once a day with meals. B vitamins can be stimulating to some people, so don't take this supplement at night.

3| Eleuthero (Eleutherococcus senticosus)>>
Also called Siberian ginseng, this herb enhances mental acuity and physical endurance.
Recommended dose: 2–3 grams dried root powder daily.
Note: Eleuthero is typically taken for six to eight weeks, followed by a one- to two-week break before resuming.

4| Rhodiola (Rhodiola rosea)>>
This herb helps boost endurance and adrenal function.
Recommended dose: 100–400 mg standardized extract, twice daily.
Note: American ginseng, eleuthero, and rhodiola can be taken together, but many herbalistsrecommend starting with one and then adding or switching to another if the desired results are not being achieved. Always consult with a health care practitioner before taking any supplements.
